I am giving 5 stars because despite my rough experience for the previous management and move in process the new management and specifically Terri Newton, have been a blessing. Moving in was rough 6+ months ago I love Michelle it was sad to see here go. Terri has really done a phenomenal job at making it feel like home. She is quick and diligent with apartment issues and she is both professional and also down to earth and knows when to separate the two. Previously I wasn't getting maintenance done, there were issues with getting parking, and even issues with Ivy solar etc and Terri has kept with it for updates and corrections and best of all transparency. I really don't know why everyone is giving her bad reviews, but previously people were parking everywhere and taking all spots that weren't theirs, they were disobeying rules that are on the leases we have signed and now that it's getting corrected everyone is hating on the messenger. Please if you move in ignore all the fuss reviews of frustrated tenants that don't follow the rules. Terri is your go to and she does a phenomenal job, I really hope she stays :). She is fixing this beautiful property one step at a time and while my previous review would have been 1 for the chaos...she changed it to a 5 for making an apartment feel more like home. Thank you Terri, things are so much better since you have been here, thank you! 🙏🏽 ❤️

This will be our second year living at The Commodore apartments and I would say, compared to our previous manager, Terri Newton exceeds beyond all expectations. Finally our community rules have been enforced and we now have a cleaner environment. Dont let the negative reviews sway you away from this now beautiful community, Id recommend those negitve reviewers to read your lease. Thank you Terri for all your hard work and everything you have done thus far. As for you who are thinking of moving in. The units are very spacious with its open layout and the appliances are all top notch. You get what your paying for. It looks nice. They allow pets and everyone here is friendly and all seem to be like great people.

I just wanted to give a huge thanks to our property manager, Terri. She is doing such an amazing job! I have been a resident here at The Commodore since 2024 and feel like the rules are finally being enforced the way they should be. Every encounter I have experienced with Terri has been wonderful. I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to highlight how incredible Terri was! I have toured plenty of properties in the past few months due to me transitioning back to California and I must say she made my experience so memorable. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional, and sincere. She answered all of my questions and was so patient with me. I was so apprehensive about moving back to California after being gone for so long, but this beautiful experience with her has solidified my transition back home. Thank you so much Terri!!

Michelle is the best. She's always helpful and always goes the extra mile. She's informative and adds to the complexes quiet, calm, and beautiful vibe.

It is a new and safe apartment for my military son to live in. The ceiling is high so it doesn't feel stuffy. It is clean and the inside of the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The office staff is friendly. I especially appreciate Michelle. She is a professional.

Best Move-In experience ever!!!! I’ve moved over 6 times being in the military and coming from overseas, the experience can be quite stressful. Michele was the best! She gave me a FaceTime Virtual Tour, explained everything perfectly. So pleasant, and took care of all my needs like a closer parking and corner unit I wanted. As soon as I landed everything was taken care of and was less than 5 minutes to get the keys and set up the WiFi that’s included. Also they love dogs here. Great neighborhood too, nice and private. Seriously, if you need a place fast & want a stress free experience, apply online!!!
